Prices: All transactions are to be in U.S. Funds.
Terms: A 25% deposit is required. Order will be shipped
upon full payment on new accounts all others payable in 30 days. A service
charge of 2% monthly on past due accounts over 30 days. A $35
fee on all returned checks will be applied.
Guarantee: No oral or implied warranty other then title applies
to any product we sell. Every effort will be made to ship stock
that is healthy and thrifty, true to name and of good grade.
Nevertheless, we make no guarantee as to quality, variety or
results secured in planting or transplanting. All stock is offered
subject to crop yield and prior sale. We reserve the right to
prorate or cancel any order because of strikes, fire, drought,
disease or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Claims: Claims for any cause must be made in writing within 10
days after arrival of stock and cannot exceed the original price.
We will not consider any claims made after the stock has been
planted. Claims for losses while in transit must be filed directly
with the carrier.
Shipping: All stock is shipped at buyers risk and expense. F.O.B.
Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
Cancellation: We will refund deposit and cancel the order if we
receive cancellation by
